The problem definition
The buyer was completely inexperienced with properties of this type. As there were no construction plans, the statics and changes to the interior were a particular challenge.
Our approach to the project
It was therefore necessary to find out what wishes and suggestions could be implemented, the local conditions had to be taken into account and sustainability in terms of the selection and use of building materials was a must. Suitable craftsmen had to be found who could meet the high demands of the renovation of the old building.
The result
The client took the opportunity to draw the plans herself and have them implemented by CCH Management as the construction manager. The result: a first stage was realized. From the outset, the declared aim was to take advantage of tax incentives and therefore to plan over a period of three years. As a management consultant, CCH Management was able to provide good services in the search for suitable tax experts. The extension of the first floor will now follow, followed by the design of the garden on 2500m2 with a very special but charming topography. A coup de coeur.
