The problem definition
For the young entrepreneurs who wanted to tackle the project, the production of tobacco-free nicotine pouches was completely new territory.
Our approach to the project
Know-how had to be procured and implemented. Manufacturers of filling systems and peripheral equipment had to be found and partners with already acquired knowledge had to be recruited. An unparalleled feat by all involved, as production was able to start just a few months after the decision was made. Swissness at it's best.
The result
MultiFill AG is now successfully expanding. A new filling line with x times the capacity of the first was procured and the production facility was expanded. Its tobacco-free brand "edel" is already number two in the Swiss market behind the brand of an industry leader. The aim now is to conquer export markets.
Thanks to our international network, we were able to enable the young company to procure and finance its first production facility. At the same time, we found solutions for the production site including personnel for the critical phase of every start-up.
